可能很长一段时间来，都没有像今天这样感到开心，成长和完成对于自己来说勇敢的一步。

和新认识的Anna，Kera探讨了关于昨天的pre，她们都对那个pre赞不绝口，和我一样佩服演讲女生的勇气和自信。Kera说关于自己的国家，她之前并不知道可以介绍什么，现在她好像有了一点想法。后来我们讨论了中庸之道，还有中国人是不是真的一直在饭桌上开会以及为什么要喝烧开的水。我们从自己的角度去看待问题，又试着相互了解，减少距离的方法其实不就是忘记距离本身吗？

I am so glad that I already finished the competition and learned lessons from it.

For my personal aspect, taking part in the competition is a great step to me to challenge myself.

I was so surprised that they(CIOB) organized such interesting and meaningful competition which let us utilize our knowledge into the practical context. It converted some abstract concepts and approaches into reality. I enjoyed the day we work together. Although we had only one-day working experience, I can felt that the different stages in a team building which made some Team Building concept make sense.

I found that we tend to hold conservation attitude when we confronted a new condition, we tried to relate them to our past experience. This may lead us lacking creativity and innovation. So, we may do a good job but not excellent job.

I really like the form and atmosphere of this competition. It made me feel that the consequence doesn't matter, the thing you learn matter.

There still have a gap between champion and us, so I would like to think about it later and not only be brave but also creative!
