With the development of information technology, the contemporary world is more complicant. Young people have less knowledge about their future and they even have no idea how to deal with them.To live better on this world, knowing the abilityies of dealing with this complex world is essential for the youth and the arrangement capacity is the main one of these abilities. So I am in extremely agreement with that it is important for the youth to have the ability of planning and organising.There are two main specific reasons.
The youth who have the ability of arrangement are easy to get good grade acadamically. When young people have the ability of arrangement, it is enable for them to find numerous tiny looming problems in one thesis project before they start this project. Take my own experience as an example. The main steps of different project in geography science research are the same. So I had a good start and end when I made my second project after I got experience from my first one. Therefore, at my first research project, because I didn't finish each part research before each deadline, I missed my important time point, the due date of my thesis. But at my second one, I knew how to arrange my research, so I finished this one completely and got a price at the end.
The capacity of mapping out ahead of time is useful for optimizing students' finance expenditure structure. For instance, the fees of Tofle test are expensive actually for most people. Preparing sufficiently and getting the ideal grade at a time is a way to save money and use this money to do other things. Organise a time for taking a part-time job to earn money by own self. Like my brother, Lee, he used his own weekend time to be a tutor while others spent their weekend shopping or eating. At end of this semester, he bought a scarf to his mother and this thing made him so happy.
Above all, a good arrangement is helpful for people at working,studying and finance.So it's essential for the youth to have the ability of planning and organizing.
