The leaders or directors of organizations are often older people. But some people say that young people can also be a leader. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
In my view , young people can also be a leader. because ,the most important aspect to be a leader is not age or experience ,but also ability , responsibility and sociable.
Althought , older means more experiences , and more experiences perhaps means more ability . but we know that it is hard to be good leader only depend on ability.
Except the ability, you must take responsibility for your team. the person who has no sense of responsibility is hard to get respect from their team member.
However,these two aspect is not enough to be a good leader . and you must be a sociable person. It's important for a leader to communicate with their team members or others. but it is difficult for a introvert.
So , for a leader , the age is only a small part reason . the most important reason is ability , responsibility and sociable.
