Spring框架启动概述


本文讨论的Spring框架启动、依赖注入,是在最简单的Spring框架下讨论的,而不是在Spring Boot、Spring MVC等框架下讨论。

一个Spring应用启动时,究竟做了哪些工作?bean是如何加载的?根据Spring in Action第4版的描述,并参考了文献[1]的中文翻译,Spring框架产生如下行为:

1. Spring初始化bean

2. Spring将值和其他bean的引用注入(inject)到当前bean的对应属性中;

3. 如果Bean实现了BeanNameAware接口,Spring会传入bean的ID来调用setBeanName方法;

4. 如果Bean实现了BeanFactoryAware接口,Spring传入bean factory的引用来调用setBeanFactory方法;

5. 如果Bean实现了ApplicationContextAware接口,Spring将传入应用上下文的引用来调用setApplicationContext方法;

6. 如果Bean实现了BeanPostProcessor接口,则Spring调用postProcessBeforeInitialization方法,这个方法在初始化和属性注入之后调用,在任何初始化代码之前调用;

7. 如果Bean实现了InitializingBean接口,则需要调用该接口的afterPropertiesSet方法;如果在bean定义的时候设置了init-method属性,则需要调用该属性指定的初始化方法;

8. 如果Bean实现了BeanPostProcessor接口,则Spring调用postProcessAfterInitialization方法;

9. 在这个时候bean就可以用于在应用上下文中使用了,当上下文退出时bean也会被销毁;

10. 如果Bean实现了DisposableBean接口,Spring会调用destroy()方法;如果在bean定义的时候设置了destroy-method, 则此时需要调用指定的方法。

当然,根据上述引文,bean看起来总是在容器初始化时就实例化了。实际上,bean并不总是在启动容器的时候就会实例化:

  • 如果bean没有定义scope(或者scopesingleton),且bean为not lazy init,bean在启动容器的时候就会实例化,并根据用户预先配置,使用基于构造方法的创建法或基于setter的创建法初始化bean的依赖;

  • 如果bean的scopeprototype(或session等),bean不会在启动容器的时候实例化,而是等被用到的时候再实例化;

  • 如果bean被标注为lazy init,bean不会在启动容器的时候实例化,而是等被用到的时候再实例化。

本节创建最简单的project,并进行核心代码的跟踪。

使用5.0.3.RELEASE版本的Spring。

创建demo project

  1. 创建一个User类,具有nameage两个属性:

在这里,我们使用基于setter的方式创建bean,并且bean使用了默认的id。

代码中的user已经实例化,并且属性已赋值。

核心代码追踪

Spring Framwork是如何加载并实例化user这个bean的呢?核心就在new ClassPathXmlApplicationContext("spring.xml")这一步。

我们使用IDEA Intellij作为我们的IDE(版本ULTIMATE 2016.2),通过IDEA的插件,可以查看ClassPathXmlApplicationContext的关系图如下:

整个集成关系非常复杂,涉及到诸多接口和类。其中,接口ApplicatonContextBeanFactory,以及类AbstractApplicatonContextDefaultListableBeanFactory比较重要。

核心代码追踪

  1. 调用ClassPathXmlApplicationContext的构造方法

①初始化剩余的非懒加载单例

由于AbstractApplicationContext类实现了ConfigurableApplicationContext接口,其重写了refresh()方法。

可以看到,这是整个spring容器初始化的核心流程。在try的倒数第二步,是实例化all remaining (non-lazy-init) singletons,接下来进入finishBeanFactoryInitialization(ConfigurableListableBeanFactory beanFactory)方法。

  1. 还在AbstractApplicationContext类中,进入finishBeanFactoryInitialization(ConfigurableListableBeanFactory beanFactory)方法:

①调用beanFactorypreInstantiateSingletons()方法,初始化“all remaining (non-lazy-init) singletons”。

根据源码,可以查找到,这里的beanFactory就是AbstractRefreshableApplicationContext类的beanFactory成员变量,为DefaultListableBeanFactory类。接下来进入DefaultListableBeanFactorypreInstantiateSingletons()方法。

①首先从缓存中尝试获取bean,此处会返回null

②根据bean的scope进行实例化

③创建单例bean,放入缓存。此处使用了lambda表达式

④从缓存中获取bean实例

①从DefaultSingletonBeanRegistry默认单例注册机的缓存中查找bean,为null则实例化bean

②调用传入参数singletonFactorygetObject()方法,即6中③里的lambda表达式createBean(beanName, mbd, args)代码片段

  1. 进入6中③里的lambda表达式中的createBean(beanName, mbd, args)代码片段,是调用自身抽象方法protected abstract Object createBean(String beanName, RootBeanDefinition mbd, @Nullable Object[] args),实际上是进入了AbstractAutowireCapableBeanFactory类的protected Object createBean(String beanName, RootBeanDefinition mbd, @Nullable Object[] args)方法(AbstractAutowireCapableBeanFactoryAbstractBeanFactory的子类,如果感觉乱,请参看前文的UML图):

One More Thing

这里只是用了最简单的spring注入,还没有涉及BeanNameAwareBeanFactoryAwareApplicationContextAwareBeanPostProcessorInitializingBeanBeanPostProcessorDisposableBean等接口,后续将逐步分析。

有时候读了别人的文章、某些框架的官方reference,还是不够深入理解系统的运行原理,此时阅读源码、断电调试、阅读源码的注释等方法,非常有效。在此也初步领略了Spring团队的构思领先、框架清晰、代码简介、注释详细,表示佩服。
