设置 UITableView 的 tableFooterView 
_tableView.tableFooterView  = [UIView new];

重写代理方法: -(void)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView willDisplayCell:(UITableViewCell *)cell forRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath;
