windows11 python环境问题

import ssl
import _ssl # if we can't import it, let the error propagate
ImportError: DLL load failed while importing _ssl: 找不到指定的模块。

  1. conda创建的环境位置大约是 HOME.conda\envs
  2. 把环境中的 xxx_env\Library\bin 下面的dll文件 (libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll 和 libssl-1_1-x64.dll) 复制到 xxx_env\DLLs 下
