获得Message对象, 尽量使用Handler的obtainMessage(int what), 而不要直接使用new Message()

可以看到这样一段注释, "从一个message pool里返回一个message对象,避免创建新的对象."
所以为了性能最优, 应该尽量避免直接去new Message().
