1、 git reset -hard head 进行代码回退
2、 git pull
git commit 之后git pull拉取代码会出现这种错误

解决办法：
我们删除互斥的一个文件就行了，进入工作区目录下的.git文件，其中的index.lock文件删除掉，问题解决。
