揭开白色的医用被，屏住呼吸
Open the white medical quilt and breathe
我的身体就瞬间被释放出来
My body was released in an instant
在这伟大的祖国里被释放
Released in this great country
（2）
在南方县城的人民医院¹的清晨
In the early morning of the people's hospital in the southern county town
我听见了白骨生长的声音
I heard the sound of bones growing
听见血撞击肉体的声音
Hear the sound of blood hitting the body
（3）
一片死亡的平原，被神践踏着
A dead plain, trampled by god
被所有的神践踏着全部的平原
All the gods trampled all the plain
使我赤脚走进布满齿轮的城市
I walked barefoot into a city full of gears

当人类的所有电流都聚集在我身上
When all the electricity in humans is concentrated on me
它就被我装进一个黑色的柜子里
I put it in a black cabinet
（5）
比手术更高远的是去写诗
Write poetry higher than surgery
比写诗更加高远的是去思考
Think higher than writing poetry
思考我的身份，我的病症
Think about my identity, my illness
和一些恐惧的感情果实
And some emotion of fear

我是一个孩子，我要画窗
I'm a child. I want to draw Windows
使所有病人们的眼睛被打开
Open the eyes of all the patients
我也是一位诗人，我只写希望
I'm also a poet, and I only write about hope
我的身体和诗歌都属于世界
My body and my poetry belong to the world
这使灰暗的世界变得洁净
It cleanses the gray world
没有疾病，没有离别
No sickness, no absence
没有绝望也没有痛苦
No despair and no pain
