Talking about the fast-food

Mentioning about the fast food, it reminds me of some unhealth-food. During my life, I hardly accept the fast-food no matter how I am busy. Now I’d like to share with you some my opinions about the fast-food.

When I was young girl, I couldn’t eat the fast food due to my limited pocket money, so I must cook food at the home. After all, it’s cheaper if I buy some vegetables to cook. At that time, I admired that some people were afford to eat the fast-food in a restaurant. After I worked, sometimes I had cravings to enjoy the fast-food’s taste. However, I was sad that my skin was very sensitive. As soon as I ate the fast-food, I had combo skin with acne potential. To protect my sensitive skin, I nearly couldn’t eat any fast-food, because this type food may be cooked by un-health oil and other additives for its special taste.

With age, I hardly go to a restaurant to eat the fast-food alone unless I must attend an important appointment with my colleagues or my friends. If I have a travel in other cities, I often choice to eat the porridge or the steamed buns. On my way to travel, I like to bring some fruits, water and the steamed buns without any sugar, so that I can eat them when I feel hungry. When I must go to the restaurant to eat some fast-foods, light vegetables are my first choice. Even I go to the hotel to eat food; I only order some light foods such as boiled vegetables and steamed fishes without any pepper. I have kept on this habit for several years. To be honest, it’s very advantage to my body. Though I have oily skin and my skin tends to break into acne, if I can keep on a health life habit and a good sleep, my skin hardly break into acne.

Of course, eating the fast-foods have some advantages for some people. For example, when someone is very busy and it’s time to eat some food to add energy, eating the fast-foods is also necessary. Besides, the fast-foods tend to have a good taste. It can make people have a good appetize and encourage people eating more.

Finally, here is an important remind that no matter how your schedule is busy, you must require yourself to eat less the fast-food. The fast-foods are cooked with a lot of seasoning, low fiber food and more artificial additives. To keep a good health body, you must control the habit you often eat the fast-food.
