3.  Be confident  to  win. Through the  ages, many  people  are  unsuccessful, the reason is not because of the incompetent, but it is no confident. Confidence is a strength and more driving force. As you are not confident, it is difficult to do something well. As you like that, would become less confident further. That is a vicious circle.

4.Thought more is inferior of action. Although the action will not necessarily be successful, but don't do, won't definitely be successful. Life  can not   pay  you  any payment for what you want to do, and can't give you any payment for what you knew. but  pay  you for  what  you  did. The goal of a person started from the dream, and the success achieved from actions.
