iOS  中UITableView的行刷新和区刷新的时候，遇到了头痛的问题，终于解决了

   [self.tableView insertRowsAtIndexPaths:[NSArray arrayWithObject:[NSIndexPath indexPathForRow:0 inSection:0]] withRowAnimation:UITableViewRowAnimationNone];

   [self.tableView reloadSections:[NSIndexSet indexSetWithIndex:1] withRowAnimation:UITableViewRowAnimationNone];

   [self.tableView endUpdates];

}
