5，我在学习本单元材料中遇到的困难（精读和视听说分别总结）
精读：有些长难句自己不会分析，看不懂，每次都要看好几遍中文才明白。有些句型结构一下子看不出来，以至于整个句子都不会了。
视听说：现在还是无法在开头就听得很仔细，即使自己很认真在听，好像刚开头不习惯一样，听不懂，只有在后面慢慢地才听懂了几乎是每一句话。可是不知道为什么就是无法在听力开头就抓住重点，现在还在摸索，慢慢进步。
6，语伴给我的建议(比如在口语作业/精读作业/各种练习以及学习中)
1.多多积累高级的表达方式，多多使用，熟能生巧。
2.在练习口语的时候，多多使用书里学会的句型，不要害怕出错，大胆说。
3.注重书里的单词，不要马虎记忆，看一看英语解释，加强记忆。
7，我的一些其他感受和收获
精读中有很多有用的表达方式，自己常常不注意，标注在那里就不管了，以后会好好背，多多用，使它变成自己的，不能只是看一看，这样既浪费了时间，又一无所获。
8，下周学习的努力方向
1.继续练习听力，不能松懈，还用之前做笔记的方法，集中注意力，争取一次比一次听到的信息量多。
2.多开口练习口语，不管是读课文，还是跟读听力，还是自己开口说，都一定要每天坚持。

持续努力，不要在想起来学习的时候再学习，有计划，有规划，坚持不懈地努力，不要放弃！
b本周我喜欢的生命瞬间：
去找书看，看了《房思琪的初恋乐园》，随着书里的描述，我也跟着难受，很同情书里的角色，觉得她的不幸就像我亲眼目睹过一样，很心痛。
c本周我欣赏自己身上的：
遇到不开心的事情没有一直为难自己，向别人倾述，和他人说着说着就释怀了，觉得什么事情都是自己心态的问题，只要我想通了，便可以不苦恼，要努力开心哦哦哦哦。
d本周我爱自己的微小行动有：
没有跟着他人一起抱怨，没有强迫自己做不喜欢的事情，每一天都很开心！
