My cousin is one of the creative people that I admire. He is an imaginative person since he was a child. He was crazy about some manga such as Naruto and One Piece. After school, he used to prefer drawing some paintings rather than finish his homework. I remember he even designed a cartoon character based on his own appearance. In that case, I begged him for designing a character for me. But he just turned me down. I felt awkward at that moment. However, his mother is a conservative high school teacher. She hoped her son could be a lawyer or accountant, which are considered to be decent jobs. Because she thought if her son is going to be a painter, he wouldn't have a bright future. So she did everything she could to interrupt her son to study drawing. For example, she refused to pay the tuition fee when her son wanted to attend a painting class. But you cannot hide someone's talent just because you don't like this filed. And her son ended up studying art in college. Now he is working in the advertising industry, which is full of creative people. And I'm happy for him, because he finally can do what he has passionate interests.
