What will you get when you decide to change something?

When I make a decision to lose my weight after watching ‘Dying to Survive’, I begin to understand it’s not so hard for me. While I am running, I begin to see how it works on my body. When I am struggling at home, I begin to feel the deepest feeling in my heart. It’s a small step for me. But an important choice for me. It doesn’t mean running can solve my problem. Of course it can’t. It can let me see it from different perspective.
