Ma Xiaoqiu:The Virtual and Practical Way of Enterprise Management
血肉筋骨构成了人的身体，五脏六腑通过经络而内外连接。何为经络？对人体生命而言，经络是看不见摸不着，但又起着决定性作用的、非物质性的、实际存在的东西。经络如同一个城市的交通图，经为主干道，络为主干所延伸出的许多条支干道，所以人体经络如同网络一般，在人体中自然而有序地运行着。因此，人体整个构造的本身就是一虚一实、一阴一阳，虚实相应、阴阳相合，构成了我们完整的生命体。
The blood,flesh,tendons and bones form the human body,and the five viscera and six puffs are connected inside and outside with the meridians.What is the meridians?For human life,meridians and collateral are invisible and intangible,but they play a decisive role non-material and practical.The meridian is like a traffic map of a city.The meridian is a trunk road that connects many branch roads.Therefore,the meridian of the human body is like a network,and it runs automatically and orderly in the human body.Therefore,the entire structure of the human body itself is a virtual reality,a Yin and a Yang,virtual and practical,and a combination of Yin and Yang,which constitutes our complete living body.
世间万物本相通，有人问我企业管理的经验，我认为企业的管理如同人体的健康管理，是“此两者，同出而异名”的关系。
All things in the world are connected.Someone asked me the experience of enterprise management.I think that the management of a company is like the management of human health.It is the relationship between the two,“both,with the same source and different names."
常言道：“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”，企业的创始人和高层管理者是经，而基层的员工是络，企业的文化是魂魄；企业的各个部门是五脏六腑，而企业运营的各个项目是血肉筋骨。企业的命体和人的命体是相同的，它是一件同理不同体的事。
As the saying goes:"The sparrow is small,but it has fully internal organs,"the founder and senior manager of the company are the business leaders just like meridians,and the employees at the grassroots level are the partners just like collateral.The culture of the company is the soul;the various departments of the company are the internal organs of the five viscera and six puffs and the enterprises operate various projects.It is bloody flesh bones.The enterprise's life and human's life are the same.It is a matter with the same reason but in different bodies.
所以如果没有参悟宇宙人生的真谛，我们会带着错误的知见而妄为，妄为的后果使我们把自己折磨得死去活来。“高者下为基”，企业之所以成功，那是因为有员工作为基础，手心手背都是肉，胳膊和腿缺一不可，牵一发而动全身。因此老板对于企业各部门以及所有员工都不能分别、执着，更不能上下对立，左右不顾。应当视同仁如亲人，以爱心、信心、决心，打造健康生命，铸就非凡企业。
Therefore,if we do not understand the truth of the universe,We will wantonly act with the wrong ideas.The consequences of turmoil make us torture ourselves to death.The“higher ones take the lowers as the foundations”.The reason why companies succeed is because there are employees as the foundation,and the hand palms and backs are all flesh and meat.Arms and legs are indispensable,one links the whole body.Therefore,the boss can not be separate and persistent from all departments of the company and all employees.Even more cannot up and down,left and right.They should treat as their loved ones and build a healthy life with love,confidence and determination,and create extraordinary enterprises.
