As far as i can see, it’s a young boy’s fantasy about love. His crush,his desire,his losing of control which reflects in the one who he loves, and the one is a boy too.

Love is pure,free from outside interference, once begun will never end, especially in his age.

A lot of monologue makes me confused. Though, I can feel how strong Eliot feels about Oliver. Obviously, He has a big crush on him. He’d totally go limp and will-less when Eliot touches him. He called it the swoon. And he ‘s afraid Eliot will laugh at him, tell everyone or ignore his love.he observes and guess him,lack the courage to tell him how he feel.

All of this is familiar for all of us when we love someone.

In the end of part one, it seems that Eliot will let Oliver know the secret love, let him see,let him pass judgement.
