What a night of dealing with three customer services at the same time! I was live chatting with AT&T to change service plans, messaging new internet provider and calling my credit card service via phone. While I appreciate the fact that now I can access customer services in different channels, which makes it much more convenient, this is still no fun at all and time consuming. Some customer service people are not good at figuring out customer issues or explaining next step actions, and very slow at typing... for that reason, I'm expecting the advancing artificial intelligence could bring some hope to this industry.
