DAY EIGHT (Chapter 9-10)
Q1 How does Skeeter’s date end?
Stuart drank all night and didn't speak to Skeeter intentionally.Stuart asked her something about her job,and the moment he was aware of that Skeeter was an editor writing domestic maintenance column for the Jackson Journal,he laughed and he thought it was the worst thing to read a column about house cleaning.Actually,it is kind of disrespectful to Skeeter.Skeeter even told Stuart that she was not a fan of football,So they didn't have much to say about each other,in other words, they didn't have a good conversation. Stuart really left a bad impression on Skeeter.
Q2 Why can’t Celia become friends with Holly’s group?
Celia was from somewhere far from Jackson, and the most important thing was Mister Johnny Foote was Hilly's ex-boy friend, and because of Celia, he dumped Miss Hilly when he back in college.

There was a man got shot,
Q2 How does Skeeter dispel Hilly’s suspicion of the satchel?
Skeeter put everything in her bag, including the newsletter,Skeeter thought Hilly only cared about the newsletter of the club, that's the only thing she wanted to read.
Q3 How does Yule May react to Aibileen’s invitation?
She was upset and nervous about her family if she decided to tell her story being with a white family, she would be punished by the white in their own way.what would happen to her was that she would be fired, and it was impossible for her to find a new job.More importantly, her two daughters would go to college soon ,it was a risk for her to do so.
So far,I think this book is more interesting compared with the book beloved, but I really feel sad when I read some stories about the three characters. The first one is the Treelore's death.I can imagine how sad and desperate when Aibileen heard the news.Treelore is such a good person,he could have lived a better life, but his dream ended by an accident. The second one is a black boy, maybe the same age as Law,sorry I can't remember his real name.He was kind and he helped Aibileen mow the grassland since there was no one to help Aibileen do that.Aibileen sometimes treated him as his own son,but no one can tell with absolute certainty what will happen in the future,he became blind after using White's toilet. They bit him so bad, when he was sent to the hospital ,he was bleeding and he became blind then. The third one is the toilet in the garage.I know mysteries are hidden,so I want to find the answer with a burning desire. It really shocked me when I find the answer. The reason why they set up a seperate toilet is that they believe severe disease can be transmitted from the blacks, and there are also several rules they insisted that whites and blacks are different.I'm not sure Skeeter is good or bad,but I guess there will be more mysteries hidden,I'm looking forward to that.
