安装MySQL
Download .zip file from MySQL website.
Create a file named my.ini, then Configure my.ini file.

Don't create folder /data
Add environment paths, both base and /bin need to be added.

- Run cmd as Administrator

The data folder and other files will be created. No password generated for user root.
The whole process will be logged in xxx.err in the data folder.install

- start service

- Change password
