郭广昌的学习方法,首先是去看和了解不同的人与事。复星大量的投资项目和潜在投资项目给了他这个机会。郭广昌说,很多人会问他,做产业运营、整合与投资,每个项目都要去看,去跟团队交流,累不累?他的回答是,这其实正是他的学习方式,“你看到了不同的人、认识不同的事物、了解不同的想法,这些都是学习。”
看到这些林林总总的人与事之后,更重要的是,去思考别人说的事的逻辑是什么?没说出来的事和逻辑又是什么?“逻辑非常重要。并不是每个人心里想什么就能说什么、表达好。这不能怪他,因为背后会有商业敏感性的问题;但没听懂,那就是你自己的问题。如果说真的没有听懂,那肯定坚持去听,还要去悟。”
除此之外,郭广昌每天会给自己留下一点什么都不想的时间,哪怕只有五分钟。这五分钟时间,他会静下来盘腿冥想,放空自己,或者去练习太极。
“总之,一定要给自己留下空间去思考、去听、去看、去学习。尤其是要去倾听竞争对手的想法、倾听客户的意见。当然有时候客户的意见并不见得一定是对的,所以要去分析,能把客户的个别案例和数据相结合,这也是学习。”
复星内部的学习,郭广昌强调的是“案例学习”。在郭广昌看来,传统商学院发现成功企业,组织团队研究和写作案例,然后再教给学员,这种方式已经不再适合今天。“时代发展太快,当教授把企业的案例写好,这个企业已经不是当初的那个企业了”。
他提倡要关注活生生的商业案例。复星把公司的每一次投资决策都当成案例学习的重要部分。为此,他改变了自己的出差习惯。以往他都是一个人出差去谈判,现在,他觉得,多带几个人,其实也是给大家一个共同学习的机会,“你对这个问题怎么看、怎么谈的,别人又是怎么看的,这些都是学习”。除此之外,复星还会把商业案例复盘,在内部有每周晨课、午餐和晚餐的分享、培训计划等。郭广昌一直强调的是,在工作中学习。
郭广昌说:“我觉得,我们这辈子最幸福的事情是生在了一个迅速变化的时代。在这个变化的时代里,有那么多演员在演出,更何况我们还坐在前排,可以看得很清楚,可以向他们学习。所以我们要享受这个时代,享受这种生活,享受我们可以不断去学习、进步。”
