本人曾两次遇到过这个问题，就是在切换conda环境时报这样的错：
CommandNotFoundError: Your shell has not been properly configured to use 'conda activate'.
To initialize your shell, run
$ conda init <SHELL_NAME>
Currently supported shells are:
- bash
- fish
- tcsh
- xonsh
- zsh
- powershell
See 'conda init --help' for more information and options.
IMPORTANT: You may need to close and restart your shell after running 'conda init'.
直接谈解决方法：先使用conda init bash看是否能解决，若不能，执行以下命令：：
source activate
source deactivate
conda activate env_name(你的环境名称)
一般来说即能得到解决。
