故事如下：

In Qing dynasity , there was a  businessman who  was rich and shrewd , he run three china stores , selling china to the rich family . He bought more than twenty servents to help him run the business, he required all the servents to be obedient and showed humility to him . 

One day , when the workers made the porcelian , maybe the temperature was too high , or other reasons , the kiln suddenly blasted . The  master was shocked and angry when he got this terrible news . He brought all the workers together , and told them , they would accept the liability for this accident and faced a serious penalty , all the workers were sullen , they didn't know how to do .

Three days later, their master came again , bringing some  bodyguides with him , he gave a sign to the bodyguides , they began to fight the workers without saying anything . Their body was full of blood and felt accute pain , but they couldn't say any word .When they stopped fighting , the master said " you must conpensate for these loses , if you can't afford it , I will put you all into prison ! " The workers were so frightened , they didn't want to go to prison because they have family to support , so they decided to kill the master .

They made a deliberate plan . When the master came again , they bounded him quietly , he  was so scared and begged the workers to let him go , he also expressed  remorse for fighting them  . The workers were so kind and didn't kill him , just closed him in the room and escaped .
