Five steps to making dumplings: 1、Mix the flour with water, knead it into dough, and press it into thin slices with a rolling pin.

2、Mix salt, seasoning, vegetables and meat to make a dumpling filling.

3、Place the dumpling filling in the slice and squeeze the edge with your hand to make the slice stick.

4、 Put the dumplings into the pot and open the pot for fifteen minutes.

5、Put the dumplings on a plate and dip them in soy sauce.
