Continue reading Who Moved My Cheese(2)

This week I read next part of the book for my third blog...Here are my answers:

Respond #1:  What is this section about?

In this part, Hem and Haw still can't accept the fact that cheese has disappeared, and they even start to complain about everything. In this process, Hem and Haw also disagreed. Hem looked down on the mice and did not want to change like they did. He thought he should enjoy the right to cheese, while Haw thought he should stop analyzing and go directly to find the cheese. Before long, Sniff and Scurry try their best to find cheese and finally find a lot of cheese. At this time, Haw wants to start looking for the mood, but always in Hem's persuasion by fear to persuade. They grew cranky and weak, and the Cheese from Station C never returned. Finally, Haw decided to muster up the courage to set off again, and to motivate himself by imagining having cheese, he wrote "If You Do Not Change, You Can Become Extinct" as he set off.

Respond #2: What does this section mean for you? Give a story from your life.

This passage made me feel especially deeply. I thought of my situation when I studied chemistry in high school. I was used to simple chemistry at the time, and when I suddenly came across the harder part, I was particularly uncomfortable. Not only was I afraid of it, but I always thought it would be easy again and again. In this process, I got lower and lower grades in chemistry. Later, as the college entrance examination was approaching, I told myself that I could no longer escape chemistry in this way. I began to read the book carefully and asked the teacher questions. Gradually, I found it was not as difficult as I had imagined and finally got a good score in the exam. This gave me a profound understanding of "If You Do Not Change, You Can Become Extinct".

Change in time is what we should do
