Redis配置文件中默认设置了bind 127.0.0.1的原因。修改Redis配置文件redis.windows.conf和redis.windows-service.conf中bind配置

修改完成后重启服务
安装redis服务：redis-server --service-install redis.windows-service.conf --loglevel verbose
卸载redis服务：redis-server --service-uninstall
启动服务命令：redis-server.exe --service-start
关闭服务命令：redis-server.exe --service-stop
