When I was young, I loved taking the bus but I hated it stopped so many times. Each time i bumped bad temper, my mom had to comfort me for quite a while before it drives again. Until one day, a bus drive pointed out' little girl, see ! if there is a stop, there will be a shop, which is where you buy toys and sweets!" Then I cried for toys or sweets each stop he arrived at!
Since 2010, I started to lead a team in a finacial company. My temper poured out every time when any of the customer stopped dealing with us. Even they might just cease the deals temporately. From my point of view, it was intolerated, everyone should consistently work hard enough to keep our customers continuously. In other words, keep going, non-stop!. One day, my boss came to my office late at night and saw I was criticizing my subordinates. He said "hi, guys, it's too late to get on the last bus. Come on, let's go home" I stared at him, annoyingly. We spinned to the bus station while he was yealing "Quick, quick,quick" Unluckily, we were just in time to miss one bus which just left seconds ago. He opened his arms,"Oops! We are not quick enough" I looked around, my team members pant for breath after running. But all the shops surrounding were still open. I suddenly realized that it was only 10pm, the last bus was supposed to be 40mins later.
While I looked at him again, he just made a face to me and strenched out his arms. Avoiding my stares, he went towards one shop immediately. In the mean time, the scene I was crying for toys and sweets jumped into my head. "The bus drivers word seemed echoing, if there is a stop, there will be a shop" True! So many years passed, this is still the truth in business field.if there is a stop, there will be a lot of shops" If you wanna toys or sweet, you have to get off the bus! Which means, you have to learn to Stop. Step into the shops, and the only difference is when you look for car toys, you could only find a few, And you cann't hold them in arms back home any more.
