recently i am really busy.i am busy in training colleagues.however，even if i am busy,i learned a lot which is i can't learn without practice.i lived in a happy life,And we had good time wherever i was.i had made plans to improve my colleagues skills,And i think it is enforceable because i make a survey and consulting before the plan is put into prectice.now the plan is going on.And what i am working hard is making the best of it.good night.
