There is a flash of satisfaction of the libertarians on the nomination of federal judge as they dissent with a substantial of Job Biden’s judicial picks. The judges who are former prosecutors outnumber the one who are born in public defenders --the blocs that one represent the government and the other challenge it. This kind of imbalance urges Biden team to bring diversity to the federal bench, whether it is superficial or not. Due to Biden’s negative figure on justice reform, appointing more battle-the-government judges is an ideal choice for him to turn over a new leaf.
