To persevere I think is important for everybody,

don't give up, don't give in.

人生的每件事总会有解答。

You can't connect the dots looking forward. You can only connect them looking backwards, so you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something—your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever—because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well-worn path, and that will make all the difference.

你无法从现在的点滴中看到未来，只有回头看时，才会发现它们之间的关系。所以，要相信过去点滴能够串联未来。你们必须始终保持信念——不管那是你的胆识、命运、生活，抑或是业力——因为唯有把过去的点滴串联起来，你才有信心忠于自我，即使你的选择和常人不同，这会使你与众不同。

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.

Don't be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results of other people's thinking.

Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice.

You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. And don’t settle. Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.

你必须去找到你所热爱的东西：包括你热爱的事业和伴侣。你的事业将会占据生活中很大的一部分。只有当你相信自己所做的是伟大的工作, 你才能发自内心的获得满足。唯有热爱你所做的事，方能成就不凡。如果你现在还没有找到, 继续寻找、别追求安逸。你要有勇气去听从你直觉和心灵的指示，它们在某种程度上知道你真正想要成为什么人。

But you gonna have some ups, you gonna have some downs. Most people give up on themselves easily. You know the human spirit is powerful? There's nothing that powerful. It's hard to kill the human spirit. Anybody can feel good when they have their health, their bills paid, they have happy relationships. Anybody can be positive then. Anybody can have large ambition then. Anybody can have faith under those kinds of circumstances.

你会有春风得意的时候，也会有郁郁不得志的时候。大多数人都轻易放弃，但你知道人的意志有多强大吗？人的意志力是无可比拟的坚韧和不屈的。任何人在财务、生活、感情、健康状况良好的环境下都能感到幸福、积极乐观、充满雄心壮志。在这种情况下，人人都充满了信心。

The real challenge of growth mentally, emotionally, spiritually comes when you get knocked down. It takes courage to act. Part of being hungry when you have been defeated. It takes courage to start over again.

但是你要面临的真正的挑战，真正考验你的意志力、信念和信仰，是当你被击倒的时候。采取行动需要勇气，遭遇失败时依然保持谦卑，重新开始也需要勇气。

Fear kills dream. Fear kills hope. Fear put people in the hospital. Fear can age you, can hold you back from doing something that you know within yourself that you are capable of doing, but it will paralyze you.

恐惧，扼杀梦想。恐惧，扼杀希望。恐惧，使人一蹶不振。恐惧，使你衰老，阻止你去做你本应做到的事，它也会使你麻木不仁。

At the end of your feeling is nothing. But at the end of every principle, it's a promise. Behind your little feeling, it might not be absolutely nothing at the end of your little feelings. But behind every principle is a promise. And some of you in your life, the reason why you not at your goal right now cause you just all about your feelings. All of your feelings, you don’t feel like waking up—so who does? Everyday you say “no” to your dreams, you might be pushing your dreams back a whole six months, a whole year. That one single day, that one day you didn't get up could have pushed you stuff back, I don't know how long.

你的情绪跌宕起伏，却仍然一无所成。但在每个原则的背后，是自我的承诺。你的喜怒哀乐，最后也许不值一提。但每当你下定决心，它就是一种承诺。你们有些人，至今碌碌无为，原因只是因为你们太过于情绪化。总是被情绪主导，早上不想起床，可谁又想呢？每天你都不愿意面对自己的梦想，你也许会把目标延后整整六个月，或是整整一年。就是那一天，没有起身鞭策自己的那一天，你不晓得退后了多少。

Don't allow your emotions to control you. We are emotional. But what you want to begin to discipline your emotion. If you don't discipline and contain your emotions, they will use you!

别让你的情感控制你！我们是情感的动物，但是你必须要管理你的情绪。要是不能管理它，你便会被情绪吞噬。

You want it, and you gonna go all out to have it. It's not going to be easy when you want to change. It's not easy. If it were in fact easy, everyone would do it. But if you are serious, you’ll go all out.

想要实现梦想，就要全力以赴，毫无保留。想要做出改变并不容易。如果很容易的话，人人都能做到！但你若认真对待，就会全力以赴。

I am in control here. I am not going to let this get me down. I'm not going to let this destroy me. I'm coming back. And I'll be stronger and better because of it. You have to make a determination. That this is what you stand for. You’re standing up for your dreams. You are standing up for pieces of mind. You are standing for health. Take full responsibility for your life. Accepted where you are and responsibility that you’re going to take yourself where you want to go. You can decide that I'm going to live each day as if it were my last. Live your life with passion, with some drive. Decide that you’re going to push yourself. The last chapter to your life has not been written yet. And it doesn't matter about what happened yesterday. It doesn't matter about what happens to you. What matters is what you are going to do about it. This year I will make this goal become reality. I I am in control here.
