Vertically integrated, stated-controlled monopolies determine the prices of electricity in China. Promoting market shares will be the most efficient way to accelerate the renewable energies. For customers, carbon-free vehicles and using more solarutilities can enhance the renewable energies supplies.
The problem of intermittency can be settled down by batteries. Solar and wind areunstable, but the batteries are sustainable.
Renewable industries need more coal plants and fossil-fuel resources to be consumed andlarge amount of money are required to put into the industries. Banks andfinancial institutions will pay more to it for future revenues.
The government should fix the out-of –date system of electricity pricing and reward these willing to use less electricity.
