学长通过三个部分向我们介绍了他在微软研发的工作生活：
1、介绍微软和工作中遇到的有意思的事情
2、interesting people
这部分很有意思，他把每个人都用一种动物代替，介绍每个人有意思的地方和值得学习的点，以下几点是我觉得值得借鉴之处：
For bugs: work around is acceptable, but find root cause is required.
For design/solution: think more and do less, target big and focus small.
Ask the right question to the right people.
Learning from others code.
Work out things != work well things, you can do better.
Engineering = simple+fast+stable, not so cool code and fashion style.
3、介绍了一下他 involved project 偏底层不太懂
