题目描述

用两个栈来实现一个队列，完成队列的Push和Pop操作。 队列中的元素为int类型。

思路

1.实现将一个元素入队、出队。
2.如果stack1和stack2都为空，则返回异常。
3.元素从stack1到stack2的条件为stack2为空。
3.如果stack1中有元素则需要一次性全部进入stack2，然后再从stack2中出栈。
