在theme->aircloud->source->js->index.js中，找到

function reHeightToc(){
    if(toc) { // resize toc height
        toc.style.height = ( document.documentElement.clientHeight - 400 ) + 'px';
        toc.style.overflowY = 'scroll';
    }
}

更改值即可
