China is devoted to construct national creating system by creating good environment,advancing knowledges,technologies and systems creating.Chinese government supports scientists developing foundation research for national requirements and scientific developments and also encourage them working on "Curiosity driven research".In the future 50 years and even more decades,Chinese development will mostly rely on today's creating achievements of foundations and technologies researchers as well as excellent people producted in these researches.
