NPC introduces five development concepts

全国人民代表大会提出五大发展理念

One of the key issues to be discussed at this year’s NPC session is the 13th Five-Year Plan.

A series of crucial ideas have been identified to guide development during the five-year period. The first such a idea is a set of five development concepts: innovation, coordination, green development, opening up, and sharing

指导五年规划期间发展的一系列重要思想已经确认。其中的首要思想便是五大发展理念：创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享。

The concepts are designed to facilitate building a “moderately prosperous society in all respects” by 2020.

设立这些理念是为了促成2020年成功建设“全面小康社会”。
