             As we know, team sports are very popular amount people of different ages, especially for high school students, because it can bring lots of  benefits. Firstly,  in  psychologically，on one hand, everyone has different pressures, and sports like playing basketball and football can relieve pressure, relax themselves and keep alive in the new day. On the other hand, sports can developinterests and hobbies, help them make friends, expendthe circle of communication and let them leave comfort zone. Secondly, in physically, sports can not only promote blood circulation, make them more younger, but also shape their bodies, make boys look stronger and make girls satisfied with their bodies. What’s more, sports can shape their character, cultivate the team spirit, which will become a precious wealth.  （129 words）
