练习感悟:这篇的感情更丰富,需要重读的地方很多,多表示强烈的情感。
一直拖到晚上才录,才第二天差点就要轻易放弃,这样看来我的情绪起伏确实很大,情绪对学习有很大的影响。要想持续读英语,就要克服内心的恐惧和行为的懒惰,走出去,从舒适区走出去,在寒风中读,会更清醒一些。
让我走出来练习还有一个重要方法就是我先把任务设置好,倒逼我进行口语练习,有目标可以促进更好的行动。
s老师对我的启发贯穿了生活学习的方方面面,这也算是把书上看到的运用起来,把听到的实践起来。虽然还有很多道理没有懂,但我正在用行动去理解。
