题目：Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenager use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse other say that cell phones have greatly improved intelligent lead lives。Evaluate this to view points and give your opinion

In modern times, cell phones have become a necessary part of life. there is no denying that cell phone brings us a lot of convenience, but may teenagers will also gain convenience from it ? Although cell phone may improve teenagers’ lives, it also can let them fall into the abyss of temptation.

Cell phone as a tool was born in the world and provide a lot of convenience for us. Cell phone in today is not only a cell phone, but also a small computer. We can play games or use ane-dictionary on mobile phone. Because the diversity of mobile phone functions, the question of should teenager use cell phone has become a hot topic. Some people consider cell phone have many dangers for teenagers and that is a valid worry. Actually, compared with a small part of students who can control themselves mobile phone using time, uncontrollable students make up the majority. Many students cannot reject the temptation of cell phone and play games or watch video all day and all night, these behaviors will let they ignore their real task study. Despite cell phone takes many problems to teenagers, it still has greatly improved teenagers’ lives just like another group people consider. Cell phone which under the control can help teenager saving time in look up dictionaries and keeping relax though listen music. And cell phone also can help teenagers to socialize, cell phone is a good tool to communicate with others. Teenagers can close a gap with their family and teachers.

In my opining, in control of mobile phone use is benefit for teenagers. Teenagers can make a time-table which about phone using and implement under parents’ supervision. In this way , mobile phone can exploit and advantages to the full and will help teenagers grow healthily.
