昨晚Keep跑步回来拉伸完，跳出一枚新的徽章，说恭喜你完成了第42次运动。大概是APP运营人员/前端/后端/算法工程师本人的一点小小执念吧。上上周kind of 花了一整周看完The hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, to be honest I'm bored by the movie and the actor, that's not hard to see since it nevertheless took me a whole week to finish one 90 minutes' movie. The 脑洞 is great given the period it's been filmed. While still, I could not get the point in 42 or love or loneliness or whatever it sends to the audience. 更多的可能是出于对男主的主观厌恶吧。
While during this weekend, I managed to spend the whole weekend in watching
- S07E06 of Game of Throne
- the latest episode of 极限挑战
- 9 episodes of Atypical
- 8 episodes of Rick and Morty Season
- 30 minutes stretching and 30 minutes jogging and 1h more exercise after i finish writing this one if it weren't raining.
While it's basically a TV series weekend and I woke up at 1130 on Saturday morning and 10:56 on Sunday morning, although I'm pretty sure it's before 1am I successfully fell asleep.
Good job! After suffering from mental and physical crash and period uncomfortable, finally I got to spend relaxing in personal comforting zone. Don't be guilty thinking of how I waste my time. It's never a waste.
Meanwhile, I took beef noodle from downstairs, surely guilty cream bread from Casa Miel, sugar-free HK milk-tea, seabelt rice ball and 鱼蛋关东煮，and medicine three times a day.
Temporarily checked, no clinical symptom anymore while it remains still a while to see whether I'll be able to eat shitty food.
说实在的，从环岛路路口走到我家楼下路过的所有苍蝇馆，已经能轻易引起我的生理反应，恶心以及never will set my foot into any of them. I won't actually call my body a temple but I suffer enough pain to easily reject most of these shitty restaurant or places or shit-hole.
And please take a advantage of it to re-examine my lifestyle, heathy, the way i eat and the way i deal with stress.
拉了两周的肚子，除了办公室冷嘲热讽的傻叉，更令人生气的还是我自己，管不住嘴、稍有好转就瞎吃、恶性循环、心情不畅、情绪不稳定如屎。I'm really not sure whether nose shitty person and stuff can be that worth provoking.
还是要保持愉悦啊！还是要保持愉悦啊！保持好奇心都没有保持愉悦重要啊！不愉悦的时间太久，久到我根本无法保持好奇心啊！
说的没错，太强求结果，太强求即时性的结果了。三天不吃饭不会瘦，随机跑两天步也不会瘦，心灵鸡汤执行一天生活宇宙性格根本没有丝毫动摇。
It's the point of scheduling AND executing.
生活，是要做减法了。
肠胃炎待痊愈患者的生活减法表：step by step, keep the habit of not eating shit and doing exercise. Take it easy at first and do not hold the hope to see any difference. That just won't happen, like true lovers, but don't give up. That's the point.
