You know sometimes people get so caught up (着迷)on the little picture that they cannot see the big picture that is right in front of them. Take Stuart's precious Linderman Building so caught up in that one building he could not see our plans to develop the whole block, the all of downtown area. So now he gets to take that passion, take his responsibility and put it into this project. I think he has earned it, he deserves it. And I get to start fresh, a whole new set of apprentices（学徒）, a whole new set of employees, take what I have learned here and try it out again in Shanghai. I am ready to get out of here. I think my work is done.
