If we have a judgment that something is good, we attach to it and that's greed. If we think something is bad, we resist it and that's aversion. When you are continuously aware, we call that watching. You are watching when you are continuously aware.

若认定某样东西是好的并去接近它，那是贪。若认为某样东西是坏的并去排斥它，那是嗔。当你持续知道这些时，我们把它称为观察。持续觉知时观察也在发生。
