Abstract
To implement policy of the primary school students in alleviating their burdens as well as limiting their school times, a series of national polices was carried out recently together by the Ministry of Education , the National Development and Reform Commission ,and the Ministry of Finance, required that compulsory schools must early the after-school time.The Ministry of Education requires compulsory education schools cannot establish and participate in the classes of all kinds of fees, school should set up all kinds of formal curriculum.Also,the teacher shouldn't charge from students during the extra tutorial .As a result,where should the pupils go after school affects every family and become a "century" problem.In recent years, with the rapid increasing development of demands, the numbers of pupils after -school nursery is growing rapidly, but also there are several problems exist in the nursery.So, I take the sunflower after-school nursery in Xianyang as the object of study, summarize the existing problems and give some improvements.
