1、File > Settings > Version Control > Subversion 取消选中 "use command line client" > ok。

2、重启idea，重复第一步，然后选中 "use command line client"

3、重启搞定。

我也遇到这个错误，不过我的idea里面没有 "use command line client" 这个选项，我是在项目上右键 Git>Commit Directory里面的弹出窗口有个refresh(刷新的图标)刷新下就好了
