Recently, our school decided that students must do physical exercise at school for one hour after school. Different students hold different opinions about it.
Some students believe that doing physical exercise will take too much time. It means they will have less time for studying. They are worried that they might not get good grades if they don’t have enough time after school. For them, the most important thing is to study.
However, most students hold the opposite opinion that it is very necessary and important to do physical exercise. Just as the famous saying goes: working without joy makes Tom a dull boy. They believe that doing physical exercise can really better their study, because no one can work well in poor health and high pressure.
In my opinion, I quite agree that we should do physical exercise after school. Health comes first, and then it is certain that we will have a better preparation for study.
