1. 换源换好这是一切的基础

2. 安装docker

sudo yum-config-manager     --add-repo     http://mirrors.aliyun.com/docker-ce/linux/centos/docker-ce.repo
yum list docker-ce --showduplicates | sort -r  #查看docker版本
sudo yum install docker-ce-19.03.9-3.el7  docker-ce-cli-19.03.9-3.el7 containerd.io

3. 安装docker-compose

yum install git
git clone https://github.com/ubiquiti/docker-compose-aarch64.git
vim Dockerfile
注释掉RUN [ "cross-build-start" ]
docker build . -t docker-compose-aarch64-builder
docker run docker-compose-aarch64-builder

find / -name "docker-compose-Linux-aarch64
cd  /var/lib/docker/volumes/9788e244e70a8c2570249be50a67fa6309368046240dab1bc30dd0086d74a604/_data/#会与三个路径找任意一个都行
./docker-compose-Linux-aarch64 --version
chmod +x /usr/local/bin/docker-compose

*没有特别详细只是整合一下，具体遇到其他的坑就不多说了，不详细的地方参考以上两个链接就好
