Me and my eight alarm clocks

Every day, I set up eight alarm clocks. They divided my life into six time periods: dawn, morning, noon, afternoon, evening, night, and I can do different things in each time period.

The first alarm clock and the second one are around six o'clock, wake me up and start the life of the dawn period. During this time I usually do meditation, exercise, read English, and have breakfast.

The third alarm clock is at eight o'clock, reminding me to start my morning work.

The fourth alarm clock was around 11:30, reminding me to start the lunch break. During this time I would drink water, have lunch, and take a nap.

The fifth alarm clock is at 1:30, reminding me to start the afternoon work.

The sixth alarm clock is at 6 pm, reminding me of the end of the day and starting my evening life. In the evening, I usually spend time with my family, dinner, exercise, and bathing.

The seventh alarm clock is 8pm, reminding me that I can read and study, or do a review of the day, and prepare for the next day.

The eighth alarm clock at 10 o'clock in the night reminded me that I should rest, then I can relax and enter a sweet dream.
