I am hungry now, because I ate a block of bread and a cup of coffee tonight. I am on diet, not systematic. I work out, not systematic too. I plan to ask my wife make some salard after a while. I am not a smart guy. What I learned in my life is just persist on. I set a target, make a plan, then persist on it. I believe that time would give me what I want. I have wasted so much time that I must treasure time. I want to be better than before.
