When I get stressed out or anxious,I usually try to make myself focus on something interesting or relaxing.Paying attention to the fine views on the road,I couldn't help praising the nature for it brings us and all of the worries and sadness gone with the wind.Or just listen to a soft song in a thunderstorm because music is always the cure of decreasing anxiouty.Meanwhile shout out my deepest feelings and thoughts is also a useful method.
I believe as long as we can deal with the negative feelings well,we are facing towards a positive and corlorful life:)
