VS 2019 /VS 2022 直接发布云服务(外延) 报错，登录Azure账号后，加载资源信息时候报错 “An error occurred while loading location resource. 加载位置时候出错”。

有什么其它方式来发布云服务吗？

除了使用Visual Studio 2019/2022 等IDE直接部署的方式外，云服务也可以通过门户，PowerShell，或者ARM等多种方式部署：

而VS 2019无法发布云服务到中国区Azure中，这是一个Bug。经过确认，这个问题会在VS 2022 17.10版本中修复。
